Actually, the explanation seems to always be that they have too much and can't sort it out (and by extension, need more funding to get more info. which they can't sort out.)

Now then: the actual topic is Hillary saying that if elected, she'd send Bill and GHWBush out on a diplomatic jaunt.

So far, the serious discussion on the topic includes:

- A few semicoherent sexual barbs about Bill Clinton;
- One actual news item about the republican response;
- Someone's belief that this story, or the republican response for that matter, somehow involves Israel lobbyists; and
- The contention that you'll get called an anti-Semite for that.

My question is, if I throw some paint randomly at my living room wall, can you guys come over with some magic markers, and connect the dots when you find fascinating patterns in it? I'm thinking I might get some cheap art wholesale here.
