Default Death Penalty For Stephen Hayes

Good and right verdict ... it's what hayes wanted anyways.

Piece of crap sexually assaulted the 11 year old while she was tied to the bed.

I'm fine with it. More than fine with it.

Connecticut got something right for a change.

This genius move was followed by trading out of a spot where they could have gotten the last decent receiver in Robert Ferguson and settled for tackle Matt Light, who will not help any time soon.”

I don't like the death penalty, but this appears to be exactly the kind of case where I have no qualms about it -- no question of whether he did it, and truly heinous crimes. Good riddance.

It's cases like this and the ongoing one regarding the home invasion in Mont Vernon, NH, that makes it awfully hard for me to oppose the death penalty.

Too bad. He would have made great sport for other prisoners.

1 request...Can we make it quick? No waiting on death row for 10 years while the taxpayers pay for stay. Fast track any appeals processes he wants to go through and then be done with him. This guy needs to face his maker quickly.

Unfortunately, the kid involved with the Mount Vernon murder doesn't qualify for the death penalty. Which is truly saddening, because this kid is truly demented. He really, really, enjoyed killing the mom, and reveled in every bit of the infamy that has come his way. It's good they caught him, or else he would have turned into a serial killer.

I was glad he got it, if there was is one person that really deserved it was Hayes. He and his buddy could have walked away anytime, instead for over Six hours they terrified, raped, and eventually killed that women and her two daughters . His lawyers say Hayes wanted death, good you got it.

BTW he not only assaulted the kids he poured gas on them and lit it while they were tied to the bed. Boiling the guy in oil would be to good for him.
