My Thing's bigger than your Thing, tomorrow is what counts not these stupid Rallies.

These rallies are for people who like to dress up in halloween crap and run around with their little signs they made out in their garage.

The quiet Unseen American will get dressed tomorrow and walk into the Voting Place and then "Vote"
Almost every democrat in America won't even know what hit them ka f-cking swoooosh GONE.

Wednesday the sun will rise A New Day And A New America will greet us.
Praise Jesus Christ God Almighty Lord God Jesus Mary And Joseph.

Oh Sweet Mary Mother Of Jesus Take Us Through The Fruit Of Thy Blessed Holy Womb, Oh *****, I feel It, I Feel It, Oh boy.

And if there's to be a life in the hereafter
And somehow I'm sure there's going to be
I will ask my God to let me make my heaven,
In that America that Sarah Palin made for me

Democrats Over There---------------------->

What was that live concert with Stewart and Colbert on Comedy Central Sat? And as I said in the other thread (this one is redundant and unnecessary) it was a big concert. A lot of college students, government hacks and other hippies showed up for a free concert in D.C.. What a shocker.

Oh...and Jon Stewart didnt have to wear a bulletproof vest.

(Colbert did wear an Evil Kinevel costume though)
Comedy Central did broadcast it

(btw, did Beck really wear a bulletproof vest?)

I must've got the west coast feed....

anyway....on the vest tip:

Symbol of Fear: Glenn Beck Wore a Bulletproof Vest At Rally

Glenn Beck wore bulletproof vest while speaking at 'Restore Honor' rally at Lincoln Memorial

WASHINGTON - Fox News host Glenn Beck wore a bulletproof vest at his weekend rally, where he claimed "many, many miracles" had occurred - including a flyover of geese.

"I'm absolutely wearing a bulletproof vest," Beck said he told Alveda King, the niece of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., before the "Restore Honor" event at the Lincoln Memorial.

He and other speakers risked their lives but "she decided not to wear it," Beck said of Alveda King, and now "she is a marked woman for standing on that step with me."

And on the downright silly "here's the REAL size of the Stewart/Colbert" rally, wonder what they did... take the pic at 10 am?

Or just use the tried-and-true right-wing echo-chamber tactic of taking a picture of a completely different rally, and claiming it's the one you want it to be?

You guys are so used to being fed pablum you don't even have any idea when you're gobbling it up again.

Wonder why Metro's saturday ridership set a record? I mean, wouldn't the Beck ridership be higher, if the Beck rally were bigger?

LOL... it just wasn't dudes. I think you guys are right, the marching morons will do quite well at the polls tomorrow. But I don't think you like that the rest of us are still out there - and your guys will die first Younger crowd dudes, younger electorate. It has pros and cons, especially in a mid-term election. But I'm sure the right wing will be crowing about how they defeated the excesses of the democratic tea-parties in 20 years. Hell, they'll have a poorly attended rally about it

It looked like the average of the rally goers was much younger than at Becks.

I talked to a few people who tried to take the Metro to the rally on Saturday. They said the lines were so long at the Metro stations that they gave up, went home and watched it on television.

I know people who went to the Beck rally who never said "boo" about the Metro so I am assuming they did not run into the same problem.

For what it's worth, of course.
