Why are we selling a billion dollars worth of weapons to the Saudis?
What is the rationale there? To me, this sounds like another arms deal we say in the 80s to Iraq.
Saudi Arabia is NOT a democracy, they do not have a free press, they do not have an elected government...
WTF is going on?
Sure, selling these weapons will create another 40 years of sustained war and therefore more fleecing of the tax payer to the military industrial complex.
How they hell can we as a country be for this?

I think its 68 billion, it makes up for all the oil we buy from them. SA is also a counter balance to Iran.
