Re: I Had a One-Night Stand With Christine O'Donnell
I loved the NOW response. First a no comment. Then, after some thought, they denounced it, but hoped that O'Donnell still loses.
I was in Cancun one time back in the day, and I had this chic in my room. When i pulled her panties down, I noticed there was grass on the field. Needless to say, we didn't play ball. So I get where this dude was coming from.

It is now widely reported that a Tea Party Operative actually planted the story to boost the ratings for O'Donnell... guess the right really does love women... this whole thing is very Rovian..

The irony of this is that all of you who spend so much time attacking candidates for stupid things like their legal sexual choices, fake IDs, and other trifles probably sit there and moan, wondering why there is a dearth of qualified candidates for office. I'm sure plenty of people that would actually do a good job are scared away. I'm pretty positive that very few of our founding fathers would be elected in our current political climate.

This genius move was followed by trading out of a spot where they could have gotten the last decent receiver in Robert Ferguson and settled for tackle Matt Light, who will not help any time soon.”

Certainly not in Delaware.
Or are you referring to the fact that Delaware has television access from Philadelphia? Quite a stretch, 13, quite a stretch.
Not really. Wilmington is only 30 miles from Philadelphia, hence the term Delaware Valley. All the political ads for Philly, Delaware and South Jersey run on the Philly TV stations because it is one very large market. The local TV news stations have bureaus in Trenton and Wilmington. A news story in Philly, such as the President coming to visit to stump for Democratic candidates will likely be seen in more homes from the Philly TV stations than by the one small Wilmington station..
President Obama is trying to do double duty, campaigning in Philly for Joe Sestak while also plugging for Chris Coons and will likely mention him today.

Singlehandedly raising the perfect family and eventually marrying the perfect man didn't hurt, either.
In case you didn't notice, there's one of those stupid faces that people use when they're kidding.
Be that as it may, and knowing that every else here but yourself seems to know that, you're really looking like the one who has trouble focusing on your precious "issues," since you seem to have a real problem with anything and everything I say - enough of a problem that you feel the pressing need to mention something I said in a joking manner every time I post in some lame attempt to discredit me.
What's up with that, anyhow? Feeling insecure on the "issues" and having the need to deflect? Or "issues" of your own?

It's an interesting question. Politics was pretty nasty, and personal, then, too. I'd argue it was nastier than today. However, the public wasn't bombarded with the smears and stories the way it is now thanks to the internet. I don't know what % of the public was actually exposed to the attacks, but I'm confident it was much fewer than today.
Don't know whether that offsets the nastiness quotient. I'd guess it did, but I'm not sure.

I can't find any such report. Could you please provide a link that further describes what you say here?
