He's just a fake, a stupid prick that somehow fooled the people two years ago. He was supposed to be post racial and post partisan, he turns out to be the most racial and most partisan President in memory.

Here is my question- how can anyone like or defend this guy? There is nothing to like or defend about him. After GW Bush, I thought it couldn't get any worse. It has.

How do you measure how partisan he (or any President) is?

Many of his supporters are very unhappy with him for not doing enough. Wouldn't that indicate that he might actually be more moderate?

I haven't been impressed with him, but maybe not for the same reasons as you.

But I'd still gladly take him over either the opponent he beat, his predecessor or the 2 Dems who ran before him.

Republicans have tried to block and filibuster every single piece of legislation since 2008, and this includes even bills that moderate Republicans were on board with.

After 2 years, there's no point in pretending that the GOP wants to compromise whatsoever.
