Default Government halts illegal immigrant crackdown in san fran to "Re-work rules"

Quote:
U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer stopped the Bush administration last month from going ahead with enforcement of regulations requiring employers to fire workers if their Social Security numbers did not match records and the discrepancies could not be addressed in 90 days. In issuing the temporary injunction, the judge said the Social Security database contained errors that could have cost many legal workers their jobs, and the government did not properly study the effect of the rules on business.
My question is... why is there faults in the Social Security database?

Really, there are no errors in the SS database, the 9th circuit is just protecting illegals and the criminals who hire them. Every year the SSA send out what they call "no match" letters to employers, these letters indicate the the SS numbers that the employers have provided to the SSA either a9 do not match the name that the SS number is assigned for or b) the SS number does not exist. The letter tells the emplyer that the employee is not being properly credited with his witholdings and that they should attermpt to rectify the situation. Of course, the emplyer knows the numbers do not jive because they knwo that ll or most of their emplyees are illegal.

ICE usues these letters as basis for warrants and to begin investigations into employers. New regulations that will begin once the 9th circuit is overturned for the millionth time (funny how the AFL-CIO is going to bat for illegals and the employers who profit from them, and not the workers they are supposed to be representing, how anyone can pay union dues is beyond me, they might be the most single corrupt entity in this nation) the emplyers will be held criminally liable for thier actions if they do not take steps to correct the decrepancies with their SS numbers within 90 days.

This ruling is single handedly allowing employers to maintain hiring illegals with impunity, and the 9th circuit and the AFL-CIO are all for that.

Left Wing Liberals love that scummy looney bin (Frisco) it's how they would like to see the whole country run, why do sane people even visit the damn place, their lucky the're attached to America, what other country would have them or put up with them.

Can you just picture a group of grown men in silk panty hose, lipstick and high heels holding a parade in Iran

OFF WITH HIS/HER HEAD

"mommy"
"yes dear"
"why did they cut Abdul's feet off"
"he was wearing ladies underwear dear"
"oh"
