Guess there is no credibility to the disproportionally different sentencing, where they are sentenced and the whole of issue of representation.

OTOH when I worked in corrections there was a disproportionate number of minorities represented.. had little to do with offenses, the only variable was race. In RI there have been youths as young as 13 sentenced to life without parole, never been an issue until this year when the law changed to youth above 16 can do adult time, when they realized that they were sending all kids to the adult prisons... they rescinded the law, however the kids who are doing life without parole did not get a reprieve.

Yeah, the guy was being a bit of a dork but a Taser?
Damn. Seemed excessive to me.
Another thing that bothered me is that the cop didn't warn him what would happen if he didn't comply.
He just took action.

So how do people feel about this case, since we're on the subject of juveniles and life sentences.
