The mainstream media have been in a breathless tizzy about how Hillary Clinton waffled, tripped, stumbled or generally screwed up at the Democratic debate in Philadelphia two weeks ago.

But Hillary's performance at prior debates was never as deft or "flawless" as the media claimed in the first place. Conventional wisdom has now flipped, and the air-headed lemmings of our free press have turned on a dime and are stampeding in the opposite direction. This is the same crew who passively swallowed administration propaganda about the urgency of an invasion of Iraq. Don't ask for critical acumen from this lot.

Hillary's stonewalling evasions and mercurial, soulless self-positionings have been going on since her first run for the U.S. Senate from New York, a state she had never lived in and knew virtually nothing about.

The novelty is now wearing off, Pant Suit Hillary is turning into an embarrassment and a joke, if she thinks the democrats are picking on her now wait until she sees what the Republicans have planned for her, the GOP is praying that she wins the nomination.

She blabs and blabs and says nothing, she dodges, she won't answer a straight question, she says nothing that makes sense, she won't address the Iraqi War, nobody knows what the hell she's talking about and all the drooling grinning Clinton a$s wipers give her a standing ovation every time she waddles onto a stage, clapping her hands and bobbing her head, what a f-cking country.
The whole world is laughing at us and at Ms Pant Suit.

That's the beauty of life: we still get to play the games!

We will see what we will see. Right now I'm betting Hillary loses. At some point along the way, in the primaries or in the general, she's going to be exposed in such a way that there is no way America could ever support her and Bill Clinton for another demolition of the presidency and White House. She managed to cow the wimpish Wolf Blitzer, but others in the media won't be as easily intimidated. She can duck Fox and the Washington Times for so long, but eventually the WHOLE media will have its say, not just selected hand-picked sympathizers.

Enough is enough. She brings nothing to the table except a finger in the wind; she blows to every issue in every crowd she ever meets. Even her accent changes according to the people she is with!!! She only wants power. That's her wacky left-wing socialist/feminist agenda, and America will not support her.

No matter how much Bill bites his lower lip.

I'll never understand people who participate in this forum want others to leave. The very reason I am in this forum is because of people like Fog, QuiGon, Harry Boy, patsfan13, RW, FTW, Turd, and so on. They help us formulate and refine our arguments and understand the many dimensions of the opposition. Let's face it, we know we're not going to change each other.

it's simple, really... i just want him to put his money where his mouth is when he speaks with such conviction (based on nothing, really)... he speaks with fact that she'll never win, and he does so over and over and over and over and over... when, in fact, she's the leading candidate right now, and there's a very real chance she'll be our next president, for good or bad...

i mean, he pretends to be some kind of prophet.... if he sees the future so clearly, will he risk his reputation as yet another of his bullshYt proclamations has a good chance of falling flat on its face? or, when she's elected, will he switch gears, pretend he never uttered anything of the sort, and continue preaching his Unification cult nonsense here in the POLITICAL forum?

as for your last point... who's here to "change" anyone? ... we're here to hold accountability and for catharsis, especially when one Bush League lie after another is exposed for the masses to absorb... it's satisfying to watch them deflect and distort and keep their argument mobile...
