Most of the Clinton-era investigations — from Whitewater to Vince Foster to the Lewinsky scandal — targeted the president personally.
Most potential GOP probes of Obama, by contrast, seem to be aimed at the administration’s periphery or policies — with the ironic exception of the one that revolves around none other than Bill Clinton.
Total waste of time don't fund Obamacare and oppose the radical judiciary the administration is putting in place, block tax, increases reduce spending.
I am sure there is much to investigate, but there are more important fish to fry here

In juxtaposition, when the Democrats took over and Pelosi and Reid assumed power they both came out and said that there wouldn't be an endless series of investigations of the lies and bs leading up to our invasion of Iraq. It would be too divisive and keep the country from getting anything done.

Tip O'Neil basically said the same thing on Iran-Contra, with Reagan's exit. Seems there is still a 'we need payback' for Watergate. I must have missed the big misdeed and uproar concerning the Obama administration that merits an investigation. Was it his birth certificate or his religion?
If anyone read the article...the GOP plans to investigate several things surrounding the Obama administration inclding Jobgate, Acorn, Chris Dodd, the bailouts, the funding of covert operations, and invasion of privacy among other things. The debate seems to focus on whether or not the public really wants Congress to spend its time on something that will divide the country even more.
Clinton enters the scene because of Sestak and Jobgate, which is one of the major Obama admin's offenses cited.
What's the point? Supposedly, Impeachment.
I doubt the GOP will delve too far into Clinton's Arkansas days, if they do it'll take them places they probably don't want to go.

You should all be glad that the Dems had enough class and intelligence not to embarass George any more than he did to this country... make the "new" congress even less relevant than the current one..
It makes no sense, to tie up congress and get involved with all types of frivolous behavior that will have no outcome except to embarass a few.. if this congress had proceeded to investigate George W. the right would have their depends so for up their azz it would tickle their tonsils..
I would really love to see an in depth investigation Xe, Haliburton and Wackenhut.. but that will never happen, because the puppet masters do not want it to happen.. keep focusing on ACORN and the rest of the small stuff, but no one wants to deal with the really big stuff and associated issues..
