The point of the whole thread is that i was outraged that a senator would make such an inflamatory statement witch is clearly false and accomplished nothing more than giving Al-Jazeera more ammunition at the expense of our troops.

Right...Left...Dem...Repub...Bush...Clinton....Ira q...anti this that Rush..hero blah..blah.

Unforunately these "few" dominate the forum and pretty much ruin IMO many threads from any real discussion.

Add the Pats in full swing and the Sox actually coming back and really I have lost much interest to actually post.
Your right, and that is what makes all the Presidential Candidates such a bunch of political power hungry lying a$s holes, THEY DO THE EXACT SAME THING.

Look what Harry Reid and the 40 or so "Censoring Democrats" just did to their party with their "Smear Letter" to Limbaugh, they made fools out of every good democrat in America.

While I agree with P-B's premise that at times, some of these threads get unreadable with political rhetoric (left or right), I think his last point is most sailent.

Speaking for myself, while I love coming in here and busting certain stones and mixing it up with some of you in the off season, but my primary interest in this forum since I found it, is the Patriots. I've rarely posted since the season started. Probably will continue to be that way through the season too. I posted a lot here this week, but I think that's because it almost feels like a bye week

I generally don't take the vitrol in here too seriously either. In my day, I've met many a folk that I disagree with politically, but 99% of the time, I'd have no problem sitting down and having a beer with em watching a game in a social setting.
