There's a surprise... QuiGon can't defend against what I have said, so he simply responds by calling me names.
Never seen that tactic before
Um, where did I call you a name in that post..? I laughed at the name you called Bush, and the irony contained therein, but I didn't call you anything at all. I resent your statement, although I am rather used to your outright lies by now.
The email you received is a typical right-wing distortion done by taking her comments completely out of context.
His comments are a heck of a lot more in context than all the lies you gladly spread about Rush Limbaugh, completely distorting his "phony soldiers" comment.
Of course, you're too partisan to admit that which everyone knows.

To paraphrase you --
There's a surprise... a conservative can't defend against what I have said, so they simply respond by bringing up something unrelated.
Never seen that tactic before
As far as your other comment, it sounded like you were calling me effete.
Don't trust the right wing. There are a great many documented liars and distorters among them.
Um, it says, and for some reason you can't copy and paste, that the quote is accurate. That the context is misleading. Really? I don't really see how it is? She said to a crowd that she was going to repeal the tax cuts in order to give that money for the common good. So what's misleading about that?

Yeah, she said to a very wealthy group that she's going to repeal their tax cuts. The quote, isolated, makes it sound like she's about to wage a revolution, when all she's talking about is standard Democratic tax policy, that the wealthy should pay more in taxes.
Isolated, We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good" could be read as a collectivist statement or even worse if you don't know that she's referring only to tax breaks that disproportionately benefited the rich.

It's not isolated when she's made the same remarks about corporate profits. This is what she believes in. She's a socialist, and borderline communist. She clearly believes in that form of government. From taxing about taxing for the "common good", or confiscating corporate profits, to government run health care. She's truly scary.

Anyone who defends Rush, his half truths and lies is very over the edge.. suggest you get some balance into your political diet, if not you will get all backed up. Rush changed his whole statement on the "phony soldiers" too lazy to look for it right now, but it is out there.

I get plenty of balance - and I guarantee it's far more than you do.

Well, he explained what he meant to completely refute the lying liberals but he never changed his statement from the moment he said it to the present day. So we'll just chalk that up as another liberal lie... oh, but it's "out there".... you're just "too lazy to look it up"... But it's there, I tell ya..!! It is it is..!!
