Of course they shot him in the head,THEY WERE TOLD HE WAS A SUICIDE BOMBER!!!
It is the only place you can shoot them, you must make sure that you kill them quickly before they can activate the expolisve. You can't shoot the chest because that is where the bomb is. What are you the NY Post all headline and no actual substance?
