I saw that but it was too pathetic to comment on. A boondoggle for taxes, nothing more. It's perfect for the (D)s, an unlimited hole of a tax grab that they can dip into any time they want for anything they want. Global Warming will be the next For the Children - whatever they want to Save the Planet they will.

Maybe people who care about this should just use less gas, etc. According to the supposed polls a vast majority think it's a problem so there should be no problem with voluntary behavior modification. Meanwhile I drive about 11K miles a year so I would like to be left alone thank you very much.
