Dems in power in 1994, they talk tough cuz that's what admins in power do. Cuz the admin takes the tough approach, the not in power party has to take the X position, to their Y. Are you following me? I mentioned SS because it's something I've refferenced in here a bunch of times, in how it helped open my eyes to the X Y scenario. Clinton in the late 90's in an SOTUA talked about the dire condition of SS to which the GOP laughed. GW enters power and talks about the dire condition of SS and the Dems laugh. Get it now?
