You posted this the other day.
The problem is not the program, it's that they want to increase taxes to pay for it's expansion. Maybe they should cut all the earmakrs and pet projects to pay for it. Maybe axe those subsidies for spinich farmers, that million bucks to an unknown company, and that bridge to nowhere.
