Fog, why would i feel compelled to comment on your bizarre Robertson-like tangent into the supernatural? ... it had nothing to do with the thread, save for you wanting to cast your uppidy "i'm a better christian than you" ideology on the rest of us...

i mean, if i brought up the Jets out of thin air, would you be required to talk about the Jets in response? lol... get over yourself...

So, you're saying that all those films I gave you, and all those authors I suggested are "bizarre"??

Bizarre?? You make yourself easy to dislike with such an arrogant attitude. Resorting to your name-calling mo, only intensifies that ease. You think you're riding high with your "righteous indignation" on world affairs, like your V-man and your thousand-dollar "killing" in Vegas, and yet you refuse to look at what you really are, what you really have created to keep forever.

You can run, you cannot hide: run your little personal vendettas at your own peril.

posts like these are why you're easily the most loathed contributor... the 'bizarre' point was about your irrelevant tangent, not the films... hello?

again, i respond to arrogance and name calling, i do not initiate it... at some point, perhaps that will register with you...

you're the only one around here who relies on "righteous indignation"... i never said i made a thousand dollar "killing" in Vegas... that was on PokerStars from the comfort of my newly stained deck... i said i "returned from Vegas in the black"... but hey, don't let your incessant misrepresentation stop your wacko sermon...

anyhow, getting to the meat of your drivel... i tire of your condemnation and your self-righteous predictions of doom for anyone who isn't as repressed as you are... go get a hooker or something and loosen up ...

as for running and hiding, i'm neither running, nor hiding... least not from a Pat Robertson like you... life is good, and you're an exposed hypocrite and liar...

you can't stay on topic without reaching for your Bible... so get over yourself, and stop fantasizing about movie scenes that never existed...

You *are* the definition of a coward, a slithering snake. You run from the truth as Satan does. The light of day burns your very eyes. You resort to throwing ***** every single time anyone tries to reason with you, tries to show you where your self-important egoistic vendetta is leading you, but you blow them off every time. You are hands down the most ignored poster on this list for exactly this reason: you don't give a sweet crap what anyone else thinks, even when they try to offer you a helping hand. The day ever comes when you try to pull off some kind of vendetta, you'll see. And you'll never be able to say you weren't told the truth.

Read those books and watch those movies I suggested -- none of which are your hated Bible or endorsed by the likes of Pat Robertson, by the way -- and do yourself a huge favor. IF you have the balls.

apparently $118 million in ticket/rental sales and 72% positive ratings from all critics tends to paint a different picture than your pretentious diatribe... we can suppose you didn't enjoy 1984 nor Brazil either, for that matter... if you ever bothered to see such important pieces of cinema...

the film was fashioned after Alan Moore's graphic novel about BRITAIN from the early 80s... it's interesting that most critics, right AND left, panned the film for it being entirely british, with no real references to the police state that American is slowly becoming ... but, don't let that get in the way of your stretch... while not a perfect film, especially the end, it was utterly satisfying on a number of levels... the most pleasing being the depiction of Lewis Prothero, venomous yet cowardly propaganda minister for the government... we have a number of Prothero's right here in our little forum...

but the best part of the film was John Hurt's role as General Sutler... "Strength Through Unity! Unity Through Faith!"...
Pretty decent flick in my opin...

Pat Robertson isn't a real christian. He is a sold out money man. If he is a christian, then he is a very weak one... based on money. As is Dobson... and MANY others that refuse to rock the boat for what the REAL issues are; like:

NAU
NWO
Cabalic Jooz(sp) (the wizards of oz if you will)
microchip future

etc...
