Anyone but me find it hilarious how Maverick matches me post-for-post, but I'm the one who is obsessed...? Yeah, that makes sense
I think Patters should suspend you for your constant insults and the venom you spew on this board non stop. But don't worry... he may send you a fake little "warning" with a nudge and a wink to keep up the good work.

Hell, Ted Kennedy alone could fill volumes upon volumes of ridiculous (and incoherent) statements.

If that were the ONLY or one of the FEW gaffes he ever made, then Georgie would have gotten away with such an error. The point being, he does it constantly and consistently, making him a relative illiterate among his peers.

Bush's Speech:
The guy that eats hot dogs right out of the bag, the guy that has sex with his wife in the cellar
(standing up) the guy that takes his kids camping, the guy that gets up at 5AM and works his a$s off all day long in the hot sun and the cold snow, the guy that changes his own oil, the guy that paints his own house, the guy that sits in his yard on a Saturday night with his neighbors and drinks beer until the sun comes up, these people all voted for Bush and they all talk just like he does.

He's no different than Mumbles Menino and Ted Kennedy, who I poke fun at when they gaffe (just like I do GW). How many in here treat the three of them the same? To me, the gaffes are funny, but in no way matter toward thier positions or policies. Cuz someone speaks well doesn't mean they are smart, or that I should therefore agree with them, and vice versa.

Bush continues to be a bundering idiot, while this is only one slip up by Obama...no trend for him yet. I would hardly think this is worriesome. Save your over the top irrational posts for the football board

Yeah because there's nothing "over the top" or "irrational" in your very own post here... nope, not you... you would never do such a thing...

I agree, a non-story, only interesting in is hypocrisy angle. I gotta admit though.
I love his - EXCUSE-

As he concluded his remarks a few minutes later, he appeared to realize his gaffe.

Dude......... TIRED. You're a 45 y/o dude flitzing around shaking pom poms like any other presidential wanna be. You better have more stamina that that buddy if you wanna be president.

No it's not the same, and it's not nearly as often nor consistent. Menino has a speech impediment. Kennedy does pull boners now and again. But Georgie is so bad, they make 365-day calendars that feature his faux pas.

Bullcrap. You're just a liberal apologist, making excuses for the liberals but being hypocritical with Bush.
If cameras followed around Obama or Teddy or Mumbles Menino, you'd see just as many gaffes as you do with Bush (if not more).

Um, call a spade a spade please. It's exactly the same thing. The only reason why you see GW do it more, is because he's on TV all the time, and 30%. I've never heard Menino say a complete sentence properly. We won't even get into Teddy K. He botch's EVERYTHING he says.
