Default Moron at National Review muses military coup in U.S.

sad thing is, there's 4-5 posters on this forum alone who, deep down, would embrace this kind of sentiment... makes you proud to be an American when people have such differentiating views, huh?

National Review columnist muses about military coup.

The National Review is on a roll. Here’s columnist Thomas Sowell: “When I see the worsening degeneracy in our politicians, our media, our educators, and our intelligentsia, I can’t help wondering if the day may yet come when the only thing that can save this country is a military coup.”

Kevin Drum writes, “in case you’re wondering, there’s no further context. That’s the whole quote. It’s one bullet point in a long series of dyspeptic observations about how liberals have ruined the country.”

with a president that is this deep inside his own bubble....not willing to listen...what else can we do?

sit back and keep taking it
impeach
hope he changes his mind
revolution

The president himself is making themes that at one time seemed crazy, now seem sane.

Not saying I'm for a coup, but to quote the administration "All options should be left on the table"

We don't need a military coup.

A simple impeachment will do.

Never thought this to be possible in the US, but with the advent of the private armies of Blackwater and some of the other contractors it now seems possible.

We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."
