And people wonder why AiDS and a hundred other sexually transmitted diseases are on such a rise. Hello?

People wonder why having a stable family is so difficult these days.

We reap what we sow.

Where was the teacher?? There is no excuse for leaving these kids unattended, it is their job.

What are they charging them with?? Not that it is ok, but why send them to court, only going to clog up an already clogged up system.

yeah, its all the teachers fault. Because a teacher should know that when you take a walk down to the copy machine that 5th graders have no choice but to have sex.

hmmm, i seem to remember lots of times at that age the teacher would tell us, "hey, guys, i'll be right back. read chapter 12 while im gone". I dont remember an orgy breaking out.

you think maybe its more about the parents and how todays kids are being raised and the immoral messages they are learning from this society?

nahhhhhh, everything is fine.

I remember thinking about one, though - like when Ralphie daydreamed about getting an A+++++ on Christmas Story? except mine had an orgy with the girls in front of me.

When I was 11 my fantasies hadn't evolved into full-blown orgies just yet. It was always just one girl 'till I was 15 or so

Fifth graders. God. This sounds like it should be the subject of a Fox news special. But, seriously, one bizarre case does not make a trend. When I was in fifth grade, the school bully claimed he cornered a girl and pulled her panties down. Relative to the time (1960s), that was just as bad.

Maybe they need another hundred billion for condoms.

At any rate, this story is sad, and is very telling of society today. The glorification of irresponsible lifestyles, coupled with the expected dependency of the welfare state, has significantly contributed to the crumbling society we see today. My gf's mom is a teacher in Lynn, and there are 30 pregnant students in the High School she teaches in. That's truly sad.

Oh, but you are just "imposing your values" on others, Real!! The ACLU doesn't like that, and you could be jailed for saying that !!!

[I wish I *was* kidding this time.]
