when the fick do you THINK Hayden made the statement? 1975? it was certainly a very recent quote... here's a more direct question.... do you have any specific idea WHY Toensing believes Plame's status did not apply to the IIPA?

First off, what do you mean "who the feck" am I? Are you upset that I had actually had the nerve to challange your all knowing and all seeing view on things? Well EXCUSE MEEEEEEEE!

I don't know. Plame says she was covert in the last 5 years, others say she wasn't. It's all a bunch of he said, she said right now. If the case was that slam-dunk then I think charges would have been brought by now.

Having said that, I will say right now that Plame was once a covert agent. No one is disputing that. No one. Where in there does it say the dates that she was covert(according to Hayden)?

Ask my family. They will tell you I was 10 years old. That's correct I was. They will you they gave me beer. That's correct. They did.

That does not mean they gave me beer when I was 10 years old though. They never gave me any until I was old enough. if I didn't tell you that then you and everyone else reading that might believe that they gave it to me when I was 10.

Why the "feck" can't you see that? Show me the "fecking" link where Hayden has testified to the dates and I'll tip my hat to you I'll even be embarrased.

I just find it curious that if he did, it didn't make it in the testimony you're providing as proof and leads me to doubt it exists. I'll admit it if I'm wrong though. Will you?

further, i will look to confirm the date of which Gen. Hayden is speaking... but i hold absolutely no doubt he was speaking of her service within the "last five years" prior to her outing in mid-2003... again... director of the CIA: "she was covert"... somehow, i believe CIA people are a bit more of an authority on her status than Toensing, who's going off trial testimony... a trial in which discussion of her status was forbidden by the judge....
