Was this on EEI? My alarm clock is set to EEI in the morning, and sometimes, between "snoozes", I sublimally hear them talking, and usually can't figure out if I'm dreaming, or if what's passing thorugh my brain is real.

I'm not a morning person.

Having commuted to Suffolk U. in Boston for 4 years, I raked up my fair share of parking tickets, and I feel his pain. Had I moved out of Mass and owed the scumsuckers here a buck, I'd have flashed them the finger and taken my time to pay too.
