Look, if you want to call it a Civil War, if it makes you feel better, go ahead. I never said it was [pretty over there, I merely said I didn't view the situation as a Civil War is all. The Central government is in place, and it is not as if those killing each other are trying to overthrow it, as much as they are merely trying to kill people of a different ethnicity. There is no certified definition of Civil War. If you think it is, then fine, your entitled to your opinion. Some in here think that Rwanda was genocide, as do I, others don't. Who's right, who's wrong?
