Most of them ended up being wasted on booze and strippers out near Cape Cod. At least they were good tippers though. Why not tip well, it was our money.

Herald reporters witnessed blatant public drinking at a Falmouth strip mall by Katrina victims living at taxpayer expense at Camp Edwards on Otis Air Force Base. And strippers at Zachary's nightclub in Mashpee, a few miles from the Bourne base, report giving lap dances to several evacuees.

"They were tipping me $5 a pop,'' said a Zachary's dancer named Angel.
"I told them I felt bad taking their money. But I still took it.''

Its a shame they are now homeless and living in exile in their own country. Maybe if our government functioned responsibly and actually built the levees as they were expected to, they wouldn't be where they are now. But we digress...

aren't we all equally peeved that there are fat cat contractor CEOs drinking martinis and eating lobster on our tax dollar? Or, are we only attacking the black homeless Katrina victims here?

I thought they got fed money and used it to pay for other things? At any rate, I don't support fed bail outs. I thought the fed should have laughed when Teddy went down to DC asking for billions. Why should other people pay for our crap? Furthermore, people should take care of themselves. Obviously, there are those who can't, and I don't mind helping them, but the scale with which the people in this country put out a hand is upsetting.

I am, the question is, are you? Why say "black" homeless Katrina victims? Are you implying that all those who suffered katrina's wrath were black, or are you saying that only black katrina victims received wasted federal tax dollars?
