Funny article taking about Gore 'accomplishmenrs' in drawing attention and how persuasive Gore has been in 'educating pols about 'Global Warming'. Later they allude to his support for Kyoto during his years as VEEP, guess they missed the part about the US Senate voting 95-0 against the treaty. Great influence Al.

You can't make this stuff up, first Arafat now Algore.

Rush limbaugh was nominated by a right wing group also.. it is all over his website.. just what we need is to turn that into a right wing vs. left wing issue.

Nobel nomination for Bush and Blair

Tuesday, 5 February, 2002, 09:56 GMT
Observers say the pair are unlikely to win

UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and US President George W Bush have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by a Norwegian politician.

Harald Tom Nesvik, a member of the right-wing Party for Progress, said that he had nominated the two world leaders for fighting terrorism and promoting world peace.

"The background for my nomination is their decisive action against terrorism, something I believe in the future will be the greatest threat to peace," he told the Associated Press news agency.
