What a terrific day I had yesterday..!! I heard nothing but the English language and I didn't have to listen to Spanish or Portuguese anywhere. I had a cab driver I could actually speak to and relate with. The signs were in English. I didn't see any Mexican flags, Puerto Rican flags or Cuban flags. I didn't have to "press 1 for English". I went to McDonald's and actually got what I ordered because the cashier girl actually understood what I was saying. Hell, even the maid spoke English..!!
My only complaint is that I had to travel about 10,000 miles to find this place. Too bad places like this don't exist in America anymore.

Good thing you can still go somewhere to indulge in your xenophobia. I bet you could also find a place where everyone's white, that might make you feel even better.

Xenophobia..? Wanting to live in a community where everyone speaks the same language is xenophobic..? Wow... you've exceeding your normal level of idiocy.
Oh, I am in the land Down Under, it's Friday morning, and I am killing time before I go out for the day.
It really is an amazing, wonderful feeling to go about all day without having any real language barriers to deal with. Something I haven't experienced in well over a decade...
tell you what... why don't you go outside and pick a fight with some frail looking hispanic dude... maybe you'll feel better...
So some liberal like you can hang me for a hate crime..? No, thanks. Besides, that frail looking hispanic dude would then have to get free health care compliments of the United States taxpayer, and Lord knows we are stretch thin enough already.

Of course it's xenophobic, it's the dictionary definition of xenophobic! Why should people have to speak the same language as you? They're going to speak in whatever language they're most comfortable in! If it causes a problem for you, you're under no obligation to converse with them. If you still don't like it, you have the option of learning Spanish, French, German, and whatever other languages you think you have a right to not encounter.
The world doesn't revolve around whatever language you want people to speak.

Why, are you too stupid to learn other languages? Or do you want other people to do something you're unwilling to do yourself? America's a free country - official documents come in English, but beyond that people can speak Pig Latin if they want to.
