Hospital admits to burning aborted babies in waste incinerator

By JAMES SLACK
23rd October 2006

One of the country's leading hospitals is throwing aborted babies into the same incinerator used for rubbish to save only £18.50 each time, it has emerged.

Addenbrooke's Hospital, in Cambridge, said it was no longer able to afford the dignified disposal at a local crematorium of foetuses from unwanted pregnancies.

Instead, they are being burnt in the hospital's main incinerator - which is normally used for rubbish and clinical waste.

I am amazed at the 'mother' who was distressed that the Hospital burned her 'dead baby' rahter than bury the baby. Wait a minute she's talking about the baby she decided to murder.... cognative dissonance anyone? Goofy libs.

That's truly despicable. There is no reason for that, and at the very least out of respect to those who believe that abortion is murder, the aborted babies should be treated with dignity. I also believe in many cases, women who have abortions go through a period of mourning, and would want the fetus treated with respect.

im with patsfan13. if they hadnt had the "fetus" killed to begin with this possibility wouldnt exist. As if the idea of "dignified disposal" is somehow palatable. Maybe this story is a very good thing, so people can think about what actually happens when this "choice" is made.

Of course the begs the issue, since it is just a lump of tissue andnot a human life... What is there to respect? What is there ot mourn?

Don't bother answering we all know the answer... A HUMAN BABY HAS BEEN DELIBERATLY KILLED.

This is why when a pregnant woman is killed the family mourns the deead child also. This is why laws recognize 2 victims, and yet we ignore killing children by calling it choice.

Liberial Cognative Dissonance.

Mourning? The person just KILLED there baby, treating the fetus with RESPECT? You know what the most respectful thing you can do? How about not murdering your baby. Holy ****, I can't believe someone actually thinks the way some liberals do, boggles the mind.

Now that is comical. Aren't you for abortion on demand? You're an "it's my body" member aren't you? You demand the right to shop-vac a baby while getting a manicure, then have the gual to say that you find their being tossed in the trash dispicable?

I've been making that point for as long as I can remember.

I cannot stand abortion ... such a horrific thing allowed by law ... I cannot comprehend it at all except for medical emergencies. I think all women who have an abortion should be made to see the aborted fetus after the abortion and prepare it for disposal .... How many "I made a mistake" testimonials would we then see?
