Default Moderators should do their job and stop personal attacks

Did we change the rules of the forum??

Are we now allowed to call each other "asswipe"??

Are we allowed to insult and attack each other??

Are the moderators going to do their jobs???

NEM should have been banned permanently a long time ago. I realize he's well intentioned but his actions and words are an embarassment to himself and the forum.

I agree that personal attacks have again become the norm and mods should warn those who are consistently guilty, no matter what side these posters' leanings are.
Otherwise, we are going to have to futher lower the bar and lose the good posters who are here to simply discuss, share and exchange information / ideas.

I've yet to come across a moderator that likes threads of this nature. If you have a beef there's always the PM option and every post on this board has a 'report' button.

I do think there's a distinct difference between calling Bush an ahole vs calling sir otilic sir littledick, for example. Only one of them posts here. Well, in all reality neither of them provides anything useful to the forum; but y'all know what I mean.

NEM ... I get a good laugh when you say I'm talking out of my BUTT!
...........My wife tends to tell me this somethings also....sometimes it is correct.

But dont just go one sided on this issue....as I said, your side would have no one left, even your mod has done it, on occasion. Patters would probably be the onlyone left in this entire forum.
Patters needs to take a walk on the wild side...even if for just one time....perhaps he has venemous words unheard here before.

But at the very least ... he would truly be able to say he's been baptized in the Political Forum.

To be very blunt....if I had a choice of reading occaisonal personal attacks or the daily Democrats vs Republicans pissing contest I would choose the personal attacks....at least they can be entertaining at times.

I will live an entire life still wondering how anyone can possible think 1 party is morally or efficiently better than the other...I mean we're talking about people that were the NERDS, GOOBERS, AND GEEKS IN GRADE AND HIGH SCHOOL. They had no common sense then and they have even less now...that's why there are so many fights...trying to attach logic and train of thought to the policies of these people and their actions.
