Qui Gon's just trying to get a rise out of you. The sarcasm regarding the "activist" judge is obvious, and Qui Gon wouldn't be giving you a hard time if you were a rightwinger.

Without regard there is no need for personal attacks on this board, it is about politics, which indicates a system not an individual personality. Somethings do not need to be said, sometimes you need to shut the pie hole..

Nice try, but I gotta call bullcrap (and you know it).

He made a statement in an attempt to impugn a Republican judge, he got called out for that statement being inaccurate and now he's backtracking as fast as he possibly can. Instead of being a man and admitting he was wrong, he decided to play the old "oh yeah... that was tongue in cheek..." card.

Unfortunately for him, he isn't fooling anyone.

Well, if he's lying, he's at least fooling me, but I wonder if you'd be likelier to assume good faith with a conservative poster.
