Now as far as the claims against Reid, yeah, they're a problem, but unfortunately there are all sorts of equivalent problems, including a land deal involving Hastert. Sad to say, the Congress creates rules for themselves, and then ignores them. The Dems point out Repug infractions and the Repugs point out Dem infractions. It's all politics.

Reid violates law after law and the broadcast & print mainstream media lets it go virtually unreported?

Reid is bellowing about morals and Bush and the war as if he's a fricking saint. His house is the dirtiest (and dingiest) and he's not being held to account for it.

Where's NEM's outrage? Everything else pisses him off, provided it's a Republican in the crosshairs. Put a Democrat there and he's as silent as can be.

For someone who has been everywhere, you tend to be a bit single minded here, if you look at previous threads on this matter there was pretty much consensus that this should be investigated and if credible, he should be impacted by the swift sword of justice. To focus on one poster on this board, is an injustice to those of us who post here on a frequent basis.

To look at that one poster's posting history and frequency and NOT wonder why he hasn't posted in a thread with this as the subject when he posts in every thread he can expressing outrage at Republicans is to illustrate his hypocrisy.

But anyone reading his posts for 5 minutes could have predicted that.

The Democrats have never denied being hypocrites, but are trying to point out Republican hypocrisy. The holier-than-though crowd ain't so holy:

That's sort of how it works for all of us, but we have different ways to express our views. Your options with NEM are to (1) ignore his posts or (2) challenge the substance of his post, but personal attacks are forbidden in this forum.

I'm at a loss regarding the Reid situation. He owned some land and he owned an LLC. He was supposed to put the land into the LLC but left it in his own name instead and we're supposed to be up in arms over this? I guess if you're going to spend two years investigating an oral sex charge this is worth a few days; but please.
