Hey it's like I used to say ... has anyone here ever changed their mind about anything?

If more posters would engage in topics other than Bush/Iraq the forum would be better.

This forum has the greatest amount of intelligent and different people than it has ever had.

We have older, younger and middle aged members here which is a good thing.

We have many varied opinions which is another good thing.

We have some very nice discussions when it's not about Bush/Iraq...I just don't see much getting accomplished there because we are just repeating at this point...it's been over discussed by far...here and in most forums.

We also have a very fine moderator who grasps the concepts of
Free Speech more than most of us, if not all of us would. We need to remember we can make Patters job much easier if we tried harder.

As for FreeTed ... FT I like you ... but you are not around enough to help Patters ... May I suggest one of our fine other posters as a mod to help Patters and we could have 3 mods instead of 2. A mod could take a whole week off while the other 2 babysit the rest of us.

And forget that righty-lefty thing...character is more important than positions.

People I think could help Patters...in no certain order...all good people.

Don't even suggest me ... my brain is not always screwed on properly.

I'm sure this forum looks like gangreen to Patters on some nights. I bet he could think of a few dozen things to do at home or going out that are far more enjoyable then policing us (me included) when we are experiencing some incontinence.

The guy with the week off could post and relax for a change for a week.

IMO OF COURSE....DON'T BE A HATER.

I have. Throughout the 90s I thought sex scandals were just political b.s. Now I'm convinced what Foley did is terribly immoral, even if legal.

I agree...Especailly these Pages and others like them in politics.

Politics is something some people fall in love with...they are infatuated and/or energized by what they do.

The fine line between wanting to do a good job and an older person taking advantage of a younger person who wants to please is just too much candy for the perverted sexual type person.

You know ... I mentioned before you came here that some Jewish people believe in Jesus and they told me I'm nuts. So...just curious if you don't mind ... do you believe in Jesus as prophet or Jesus as the son of God.

BTW...I'm fully aware that most just see him as a teacher...just curious.
