Well your ignorant and misinformed. The legislation does not allow for torture, ti does restrict POW's from court shopping and for enemy combatants from having access to our courts that is the equalivant to that of a US citizen.
Do you believe that OBL (if captured) has the same constitutional rights that a US citizen has?
Your characterization of any prisions that the US has as 'torture' prisions shows your anti US bias. I have seen no proof that torture has been sanctioned at any US prision.
