If you see a fellow walking down the block on his hands today, you can be pretty sure he's a Democrat. For, at least from now till Election Day, Dems inhabit a topsy-turvy world in which good news is bad and bad news is good - unless the bad news is very bad, which would be bad. Got it?

If you catch the replay on CSpan of the debate on the handling of the POW's at Gitmo, you will see quite a show. The concern for the terrorist rights by the demmies is pathetic.

We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."

He needs to ease up on his supplements ... he's mixing too many supplements with too much Viagra leaving little blood for his head.

Patsfan, your thinking is so simplistic and immature.

This is important because America prides itself and bases many of its justifications from being the moral leader. We try to set a good example for the rest of the world to follow.

If you have no problem with us having secret torture prisons, violating our values and Constitution, then I will absolutely call you out whenever you ****** about China acting ruthlessly to beat us for world superpower.

.

Well your ignorant and misinformed. The legislation does not allow for torture, ti does restrict POW's from court shopping and for enemy combatants from having access to our courts that is the equalivant to that of a US citizen.

Do you believe that OBL (if captured) has the same constitutional rights that a US citizen has?

Your characterization of any prisions that the US has as 'torture' prisions shows your anti US bias. I have seen no proof that torture has been sanctioned at any US prision.

I do not post here because of the general nastiness but I read it often. One question for the group: If in the guidelines for this site, personal attacks will earn suspensions or worse, how does NEM avoid suspension or worse, considering his suspension last year? Is there a conspiracy involving NEM and perhaps a moderator who shares NEM's views in a more restrained manner? Food for thought.
