None of the people who flew the planes into the buildings were from Iraq, and there has never been a credible link relating Saddam Hussein to 9-11.
Made this challenge to Qui Con yesterday, the obvious silence is deafening..except for blaming Bill Clinton, bringing up the USS Cole on and on ad infinitum.. I have not seen anything this AM from the right responding to this Bagdad Rally.... guess there is no response...wait a minute blame the "mainstream media", but the original post from from Faux News... guess have to wait some more... Karl Rove is busy working on his directive to all of his lackey's.

The answer is simple. We live in a world composed entirely of dogpounds.
I agree with you partially. There are many "dogpounds". But I think there are many more relatively peaceful regions in the world that would make the ME look like the Garden of Eden by comparison.

The entire Western Hemisphere is peaceful except for very few exceptions. There have been some local revolutionary episodes, but very little international conflicts (US-Grenada, US - Nicaragua, US - Panama, US - Cuba, England - Argentina) but most of these conflicts have been very brief.

Since WWII, Northern and Western Europe have been silent. Only the Balkans were in conflict since then.

Asia has been very calm with the exception of Indi-China. Africa is a mess, but the majority of African military violence is contained to civil wars and ethnic conflicts within single nations.

Now that I think of it, you could mark out a continuous path from Viet Nam, across the Indian sub-continent, through Persia to the Mediterranean and see where the most international violence has occurred since the War. I know why Israel is located where it is. I only wonder why they decided to stay there or even choose that place knowing they would be in eternal conflict? Anywhere else in the world would have been preferrable for a peaceful and prosperous existence.

BTW our leader and his party have done a remarkable job on health care and social security, they have done nothing except say they want to do something.
I wasn't changing the subject, I was giving the Neo Libs a little needle, that is the topic they usually use when they are whining they always end up babbling and spluttering about "health care".

You will not hear a sound from QuiGon, PFIEL, Turd, FTW, or any other Bush desciples you know in the real world about the climate in Iraq. If Bush himself nor his pasty-faced alien friends can't put together a cogent rationale for continuing this on course, then how can their minions put anything forward?

Yeah, Carter would put them to sleep. Jackson would tell them they're all oppressed and then the lawsuits would start.
