[quote=NEM]Why do you call him a hero.

/quote]

He's a hero, you hateful old man, becasue he put himselves in harms way and did his his duty. You went too far that time NEM.

And, he did it without one thought to your or my political stance.

Are you so full of hate that you can't acknowledge that this brave soldier was a hero?

I will not stand for people putting down the scrafices of these brave soldiers because of political bias. This happened to my generation of soldiers and I won't let people start that with this group.

I call him a brave soul for being part of a great organization and for performing his job, what he was trained for, in a professional manner.

I would simply say, "may he rest in peace, with honor."

ANd, to add my personal comment, he should not have been put in this position, to begin with. There is no justifiable reason why he was in a position to lose his life, not for George W. Bush and the illegal war that he is perpertrating.

This young man died honorably, performing his duty, as he is expected to do, to the best of his ability, but he was put into that situation for lies, for deceit and for a personal agenda of this administration.

May he rest in peace, for he did die honorably, but should not have been in that position to begin with.
I'll give my opinion as I see it.

You give your own opinion as you see it.

If I want to call him a hero I will...because most people think that way...except for you grumpy liberals.

He died a hero...You cannot take that away from him.

He will have a hero's funeral...you cannot take that away from him.

His obituary will paint him a hero...good for him.

He will probably have a part of his town named after him for being a hero...and you can't stop them!!!

Cindy Sheehans son was a hero and Liberals are very quick to point that out and I agree HE WAS A HERO.

Why would liberals consider Cindy Sheehans son a hero but not the kid down the street who also died in the service of his country.

I'll tell you why, because CINDY SHEEHAN HATES BUSH and most Liberals worship and bow down to "Bush Haters"

Sheehan not only "Hates Bush" she "Hates America" but in my book her son was an American Hero, I hope they name something after him, he deserves it after the way his own mother has disgraced his memory, he died for America his mother ***** on America.

WOW, I can't believe this one, even from you NEM. You really have to take a pill, sit back and re-evauluate yourself. Of course this man is a hero, he joined the United States Marine Corp, at a time of war to defend his county, BTW if you haven't noticed nobody has attacked his home, NYC, since we invaded Iraq, and the man dies protecting his country and you think he is not a hero, shame on you!

You NEM, of all people should know better, you served in the military, and I have always given you credit for it, I can't believe you said this.

I have no problem whatever calling him a hero. He died in the service of his country. But his death, and the deaths of the rest, is George Bush's shame.
