Last time I checked that's not the official position of the governments or peoples of Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, or most other Arab nations.

And maybe organizations that believe in that philosophy (complete destruction of Israel) wouldn't exist or have popular support if Israel weren't such an oppressive state.

More seriously, I don't if it's right to call Israel an oppressive state. I'm not sure how I would react, having barely escaped extinction, if my survival was threatened again. My guess is that I might overreact a bit.

Secondly, the only two states that may still have that as official policy (ultimate goal = complete destruction of Israel) are Syria and Yemen. The other countries have modernized their approach to Israel because they realize Israel is here to stay.
