Sherwood continues to press his defamation suit against Kerry and campaign aide John Podesta. The lawsuit charges they conspired to block the film's release by labeling him a "disgraced journalist" and "Bush hack." The Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. canceled plans to air the full documentary on its stations before the November 2004 election

Predictable, that they would want to be deposed, cut and run.

The same thing will happen in a couple of years with the Wilson/Plame suit.

Funny the part about Kerry and his legal defense fund. The guy's a billionaire and wants suckers to pay his legal bills, What a Liberal!

John Fonda Kerry & Uncle Teddy were made for each other, two disgusting people, one comes home from war and trashes his brothers who were still dying in that war and the other walked away from a young dying girl without so much as knocking on a door to use a phone and try to save her, he did this to cover his own sorry Kennedy A$s, the cover up runs through the family, dishonesty and "women abuse" is in their filthy genes.

Is it any wonder that Kerry/Kennedy bonded, birds of a feather.

Something ain't right in this little charade, whats your opinion again?

The Niger report was a forgery, Cheney asked CIA to verify if the report was valid or not. However Bush never cited this report he cited information from British Intel, which they stand by until this day. Also the Senate Intel Cmte report also noted that the Niger goverment reported to Wilson that they were approached by Iraq in 1999 about Uranium and were rebuffed by the Niger gov.

Niger was providing Uranium to Libya for their WMD program (the one they gave up abter Mohmar saw what happened to Saddam).

Sinclair, a fanatical neo con group was using their airwaves as a threat to get the suit dropped.

They knew that the documentary really had nothing to do with the 2004 election, but that by airing it, they could use it as propoganda to keep their neo con voter base in line.....

This shows just how deathly scared the neo cons are that they will lose power and be subpoened to tell the truth, once and for all.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Kerry...it has all to do with the republicans losing control of congress....

Well this was reported by the Globe not exactly a house organ for the RNC. The Neo cons don't care about Kerry anymore, nice conspiracy theory though. No Kerry spiked the film by intimidating Sinclair, mission accomplished for once in his miserable life.

Kerry's boys dropped the suit to avoid havign to go under oath on his service. Never heard of someone getting 3 OH's in a couple of months and not going into the hospital even once, know what I mean. I also don't think he will ever sign a form 180. I will offer speculation why he won't. He was on inactive reserve as an officer for a few years after he went off active service (remember 6 yrs total of active duty and inactive reserve), well his anto war activities (like meeting with the NV reps to the Paris talks). I will bet that he had a less than Honorable discharge, which was changed during the Carter admin. Too bad we'll never know.

...........All you can do is provide the information, if people are going to dismiss it because of party politics, not much you can really do.

Why the retraction of those 16 word's in the SOTU after it was publicly said by the president? Accordian to you he shouldn't have because the president mentoned the british report. What gives?
