Default Frivolous lawsuits???

http://www.cnn.com/2006/TECH/interne....ap/index.html
http://www.boston.com/news/local/mas...%2FRegion+News

I know many think frivilous lawsuits should be removed from the courts....
Ther eis this lawsuit where a website is being sued for what happened to a 14 year old...ther eis also teh lawsuit of the St Guillen's family whose daughter was murdered in NY and who are suing the NY Correction system (and maybe others..)
because they let her alleged killer out.
Are these frivolous?? Or just what is needed??

The MySpace.com one is a joke, what should we fax in photo ID to set up an account? The girls parents should be the one embarrased to have thier daughter giving out private info on the net, did they teach her anything.

I could see MAYBE suing the bar, because they did break the law about hiring a felon. But the state it is not like they can track everyone that disappears, and it is not like he was on parole for murder or a sexual crime. I think maybe all the facts should come out and have Littlejohn proven guilty before any kind of lawsuit.

Well at least you people are blaming the Parents, most Liberals would be blaming the girl, I'm glad they aren't blaming or offending the guy that killed her, he couldn't help himself she shouldn't have been born.

I agree..the bar maybe, because they failed to look into his background and if they found out he was an ex-con AND not allowed to work in a bar or at night..THAt is one thing...but the corrections system?? Way ridiculous..even before HE isfound guilty. It see,s they were looking for someone with deep pockets..
