As you're so into "it happened on his watch", I am curious whether Clinton gets the blame for the Enron scandal as the crimes were comitted on his watch. Bankruptcy was declared 12 months after Bush took over so clearly the goings on started "under Clinton's watch". And does Bush get credit that Lay and Skilling were convicted "under Bush's watch" ?

Enquiring minds want to know.

If the Enron and other corporate corruption had happened with Bush, all we'd hear is "culture of corruption", blah, blah, blah. Instead Clinton gets credit for a booming ecomony that was fueled by Enrons and Worldcoms.

Oh, and he could have gotten Bin Laden but he chose not to.

Are you refering to drone video footage that flew over the camp in afghanistan??
