There have been complaints about the photo of Musollini hanging by his feet.* I think a discussion is warranted. While I find the photo obscene, and would no more post it than I would post the voyeuristic photos from Abu Ghraib, such photos do express a lot.

Certainly, in the 1990s, many conservatives drew attention to Clinton's misdeeds by educating children and countless others about various sexual acts and terms. Even the name "Slick Willy" has sexual connations. Whether you agreed with the conservatives or not, they felt it was necessary to subject even children to this kind of information because Clinton represented such a dangerous threat.

In my view, powerful images should not be censored unless they represent a personal attack or an attack on persons based on their race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual preference, creed, etc. (which is the same as a personal attack).

Do you think we should have a rule? Why? What should that rule be?

It does not bother me because if these morons who keep making the comparison between Nazi Germany/Socialist Italy and the current administration are just trying to fool themselves, when in all honesty their policies of the great social US are more in line with these monsters than they like.

2 - You immediately attempt to compare the dead, rotting corpse to the Abu Graib photos? Nobody can reach that far

If this were a truly controlled forum, where registration required you to be over 18, then I could see a looser set of rules. But, it is not - this is a completely public and open forum.

I have only censored personal attacks that get out of hand or egregious attacks on a race. I don't think you can find an example where I have done otherwise. If you can, then you have a point. Otherwise, I follow the rules that we all agreed to awhile back.

Also, with regard to Abu Ghraib, I'm surprised to find you suggesting that it's worse to post a picture of Benito Mussolini hanging by his feet than to show naked, tortured Iraqi prisoners. That's a pretty strange point of view. I would probably not post either type of photo, but I don't think it's something that the moderators should censor.

If you disagree, can you devise a rule? Should the rule only include photos, or other types of expression, too, including words? Those are honest questions, Chevy.

Have you ever wondered why the Liberal Media, the Knee Jerk do-gooders, the politically correct, and all those nasty hateful sore losing Democrats in the “Uncle Teddy Gang” get so upset over the pictures of convicted criminals in the Abba Dabba prison with ladies underwear on their head, (they call this, torture lol) yet, these same people will hardly ever mention the atrocities committed by our enemy, the people that wants us all dead, “the beheaders” “the suicide bombers” and of course the big one “9/11”. (do you ever hear Pelosi/Kennedy condemn 9/11)

We have sexual crimes being committed dailey on little children right in our own country, we have Gangs beating each other half to death right on our own streets, we have murders being committed dailey on the streets of Washington DC, human beings heads have been carved off on live TV by the Muslim Terrorist Savages, Muslim Terrorist Savages strap bombs around their waists then walk into restaurants and blow up innocent women and children in Israel.
All this and more goes on everyday all over the world and is hardly if ever mentioned by those Cowardly Hate Filled Liberal Democrat Swine in Washington.

How many times, must we point out NEM's Nazi references? How many times do we have to point out that the Nazis and Mussolini's are more in line with the political leanings of Nancy Pelosi than GWB?
