This is yellow journalism. They're quoting a union official who's only connection to the story is that he's had involvement with some past immigrant rallies. The media is just trying to stir something up (or give us "both sides of the story", however you want it) but the source of that quote is not one of the organizers and he certainly doesn't have any authority to speak on everyone's behalf. I would guess most immigrants' intentions at this rally are not militiant.
Anyone lese notice that this rally of people from dirt poor corrupt countries will be held on May Day? Do not think for one minute that this is not an attempt to start this country down the Marxists highway, just look who is supporting them. DOllars to doughnuts that Hugo Chavez is behind this.
