Yeah, well, they've had him before, too. What they need to do is convict him this time.

Interesting (but sickening) bit of info - this latest girl was murdered 5 years to the day that Natalie Halloway disappeared.

If I were the cops, I'd be looking back at disappearances and/or murders in the last 5 years.
