That's weird, nobody's selling heroin to anybody where I shop. Do you mean in the typical supermarket? Do you even mean in any non-typical supermarket parking lot?
By contrast, there is tobacco for sale in every supermarket I go to. It's a known carcinogen and is linked to issues like emphysema and heart disease. I should know, I just looked at the surgeon general's warning on my Marlboro Lights (soon to be called something else, I understand, because they're not any lighter.)

Americans are asked for ID's to buy liquor and tobacco but Loons go nuts if suspected criminals are asked for an ID (illegal aliens)

It is not a criminal activity to walk the streets of America regardless of your country of origin; it is, however, a crime to cross the border.
Beyond that, the AZ law "suspects you of being a criminal" based on your language or appearance. That's fu(ked up.
So is selling liquor and tobacco to 14-year-olds, by the way.
There's a method to our madness, old boy.
