Default Another Mexican Copter Spotted Over TX

Quote:
A Mexican military helicopter has been caught flying over Texas skies for the third time in the past two months.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) confirmed that officers spotted the helicopter by the Roma International Bridge on Saturday.

Two other Mexican military helicopters were seen near Falcom Dam in Starr and Zapata Counties back in April.

These stories piss me off. Even if the seizure is warranted, they need to pay not just a "market" price, but a price that fairly compensates the owner and a premium on top of that since they're forcing the sale. In a case like this, the land very well may be worth more to the owner than to most buyers, and the price should reflect that. Anything less is theft. Legal theft, perhaps, but theft.

it's not just theft but unconstitutional theft...

"nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Less than fair market value and it is a blatant violation of the 5th Amendment.

Indeed. That land's been in his family since 1946.

Suddenly it's a strategic location to ensure our safety from the invading Canadians. Meanwhile, down south...
