By the way, I am sick and effing tired of people saying countries are different sizes which explains everything about how we let our infrastructure crumble. Heard that one on fast-speed trains too.
China's about our geographic size, has four times our population, and is getting ahead of us on renewables. That oughtta make us think. Or better yet, act.
