With the way this Administration spends $$, he much just get a Tril in a settlement. Go for it, why not. Of course..... a little Tort reform could have spared us stories like this but alas.......... Here we sit.

It is not clear what court he filed his petition in, FYI Texas has already enacted tort reform.. but guess what the only folks benefitting are the insurance companies and the doctors.. it has not filtered down yet.

It is MY SINCERE AND DEEPLY HELD religious belief (from now on "religious belief") that when I am completely innocent, in order to defend or protect myself or my own life, I may use necessary force, and I also may use necessary force to protect or defend the life of an innocent third person, even if that force happens to be deadly. Furthermore, it is my religious belief that life begins at conception. Therefore, it is my religious belief that a baby/child in her or his mother's womb is an individual and person with fundamental rights. Law is a fine art. The details and the very finest points are everything. Right and wrong as well as good and evil NEVER change. United States laws do change all the time. Therefore, the older the laws, the better, not the newer the laws the better. Before 1973, at least abortion was illegal at the conception of the child in her mother's womb in the United States, except in cases such as when the mother's life would end when delivering the child. What I'm asking for now is abortion must be illegal in every single case possible and imaginable

Fine line between this and "mainstream" anti-choice sentiment... what's chilling isn't how much is different from the usual rhetoric, it's how similar it is.
