Default Tea Party solution

For all the screaming of socialism, and cries for less spending by our government by the Tea Party people...

I have a solution.

Tea Party people,

REFUSE THE 'SOCIALISM'

Don't accept Medicare
Don't accept Social Security
Don't call the fire department
Don't call the police
Don't use the post office
Don't support the troops
Don't send your children to public schools
Don't use the roads
Don't walk on sidewalks

for the 5-8% of the elctorate claiming to be the Tea Party, this will be quite a bit of saving for the rest of us. Considering the fact that most Tea Party members are old, and accept Medicare and social security. The next generatio will see quite a bit of savings.

You will be able to stick to your 'party principles' and help struggling americans at the same time.

its a win-win

Sure, stop taxing me first.

Not sure about the "Tea Party members" being old bit... we seem pretty energized and generally of parent (not grandparent) age.

If we can keep our taxes you have a deal.

Oh wait the Tea Party people are the tax producers not the tax consumers.

He's using typical liberal logic. Make them promises, take their money then chastise them for existing

And I'm sure you wouldn't mind your own taxes going up as a result.

I think this is the biggest misunderstanding Tea-Party people have with someone who thinks like me....

I could give a $#!T if my taxes go up if it helps my fellow Americans stay healthy and educated.

Okay I have no children (and will not have any), yet I have paid tens of thousands of dollars over the years in school taxes. Shouldn't I be able to exempt myself from these??
Where's my check!! (with interest, of course)

Why not have the government take your paycheck and decide what you deserve?

well....up until now you've had the police, fire, mail, school, military, library, etc.

so its a wash.

from this point forward, you can pay no taxes, and use no social programs.
