Finally the "Impeachment Word" is out there, I predicted it.
Mr. Obama is imposing a leftist revolution. Since coming to office, he has behaved without any constitutional restraints. The power of the federal government has exploded. He has de facto nationalized key sectors of American life - the big banks, financial institutions, the automakers, large tracts of energy-rich land from Montana to New Mexico. His cap-and-trade proposal, along with a newly empowered Environmental Protection Agency, seeks to impose massive new taxes and regulations upon industry. It is a form of green socialism: Much of the economy would fall under a command-and-control bureaucratic corporatist state. Mr. Obama even wants the government to take over student loans.

IMPEACH
It would open Mr. Obama, as well as key congressional leaders such as Mrs. Pelosi, to impeachment. The Slaughter Solution would replace the rule of law with arbitrary one-party rule. It violates the entire basis of our constitutional government - meeting the threshold of "high crimes and misdemeanors." If it's enacted, Republicans should campaign for the November elections not only on repealing Obamacare, but on removing Mr. Obama and his gang of leftist thugs from office. Harry Boy, you're channeling Foggy now, aren't you?
Kuhner is Rev. Moon's handpicked rumor starter....and has been for a few years now.
Jeffrey T. Kuhner, whose Web site published the first anonymous smear of the 2008 presidential race, is hardly the only editor who will not reveal his reporters’ sources. What sets him apart is that he will not even disclose the names of his reporters.
Mr. Kuhner said Insight stopped using bylines to encourage contributions from reporters for major news organizations. He said such contributors could not write what they knew under their own names for their main employers, either for fear of alienating powerful sources or because of editors’ biases.
Officials of the Unification Church closed the print magazine about a year and a half ago, and tapped Mr. Kuhner to run it as a stand-alone Web site. He worked for three years, from 2000 through 2003, as an assistant national editor at The Washington Times. Before that, he was a history professor, but did not finish his dissertation. After leaving The Washington Times, he worked for a Republican policy group.
Mr. Kuhner said he insisted on editorial independence, reporting only to the board of New World Communications. Under his tenure, Insight’s Web site has claimed a series of anonymous scoops, many centered on the White House. In addition to the article about Mr. Bush’s feud with his father, there was also a January 2006 report that the United States was preparing for a covert attack on Iran and a February 2006 report that Vice President Dick Cheney would step down after the midterm elections.
I've realized in my short time here that you like to stir stuff up, but...
What, exacly, has Obama imposed? He continued numerous policies started by the previous administration (an administration that may have actually committed war crimes), not only in foreign affairs and national security but also economic -- the bailouts started under Bush, remember. He still hasn't been able to get his signature healthcare legislation across the finish line.
Talk to me when he does something unconsitutional or commits a crime.
Until then, it sounds to me like a combination of hysteria and sour grapes -- which is what most of the right has sounded like for the past 12 months.
Go do some research and see what the size of government was in 2000. Then check that size in 2008.
I'm sick of this holier than thou approach the right has taken with Obama, when it was indeed Bush who set the tone for exploding the size and reach of government.
Quit trying to place everything on Obama, and look in the mirror...

Quit trying to place everything on Obama, and look in the mirror...
Contrary to popular myth, every Republican president since and including Herbert Hoover has increased the federal government's size, scope, or power--and usually all three. Over the last one hundred years, of the five presidents who presided over the largest domestic spending increases, four were Republicans. Include regulations and foreign policy, as well as budgets approved by a Republican Congress, and a picture begins to emerge of the Republican Party as a reliable engine of government growth.
I always find it amusing when the word impeachment comes up, after the previous president lied to all of us about Iraq, now 7 years later 4500 of our young'uns have died and we have spent over 700,000,000,000( I think that is billions)...
An interesting fact is that the congress spent more money and time on trying to impeach Clinton than they did on investigating 9-11...
What is the charge that is impeachable?? Just more right wing hysteria...
Great hysterical talk from a Canadian..
