If we didn't have health insurance in general, hospitals wouldn't charge those prices as they know they would never get paid / go out of business.
Health Saving Plans are they way to go. IF you can't afford a mechanical heart value or lung transplant, then I'm sorry for your luck. No where in the Bible, or Constitution or any manifesto is it a right to live to 100, and have access to all health care options available.
Sometimes, its just our time to go...
Get Rid of Health care as an assumed right, and prices would drop dramatically.
