I don't think it should. While I voted for him, I don't think he ever did anything deserving of such an honor. He would have had a hard time beating Carter if the Iran hostage thing hadn't happened. FDR, JFK and TR don't have one. Hell, Lincoln and Washington don't even have one anymore. You want to put Reagan above them? Really?
