1 USD = 99999999 Chinese currency? It's another way for Obama to tell Chinese that we won't give you high interest rate for your return from our debt even though we own you a lot of money.

So we change the rate ... and China will just sit there and take it.

Bottom line is we need them to finance our debt ... everything else goes from there.
